We want you to be completely satisfied, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 60 calendar days to initiate a return for an item from the date you place your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (this can be an original order number or the printable slips provided through our automated return system). We will gladly replace defective items, items that arrived not as described and will replace products that do not have confirmed delivery through USPS or Canada Post to shipping address. If you do not receive your item, please use your tracking number to look up the status. If USPS and Canada Post has confirmed delivery through their tracking system, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost or stollen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS and Canada Post We suggest filing a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address. 

Not Happy with your Product? No Problem kindly contact SALES@DEBBIESBOUTIQUE.CA and we will issue a refund upon receipt of item. 

RA #s are required for every single item in your return. Debbie's Kids Boutique is not responsible for returning merchandise to you that is received without an RA number. Debbie's Kids Boutique is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit during a return shipment. This is the customers responsibility, so we suggest using a means of shipping with a tracking number. No returns will be accepted if they have been worn or washed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe they are in violation of these requirements. If your return is denied, you will be required to pay returning postage if you would like the item(s) shipped back to you. By submitting your return, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We can only issue returns to your original form of payment. If that is not an option for you, (no longer have that card, don't have access to that account, etc...) we can issue you an in store credit. 

  • We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS and Canada Post


Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. We recommend shipping through a method you can track, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.  


There is a 24 hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Once you receive your items, you can return them for a refund. Although our average processing time is 3-5 business days, your order may process much faster than that.
